Our Story
 

In 1962, Phillip Pagliazzo started a small family owned lumber yard. His business gained success in the Waltham area and other local communities. Along with other properties, Phillip's real estate became a large part of the infrastructure of Waltham. Phillip's buildings still stand today and we are very proud to be a part of that legacy. John Pagliazzo, Phillip's son, worked at the yard since a young age, eventually becoming manager of the company and bringing his experience, knowledge, and friendly personality to his clients. John still operates the store and couldn't be more proud of the work he has done and where he has brought the company today.​
